Hotels in Milan shopping district

I will be visiting Milan in mid-March. I was wondering if someone can answer the following questions for me:

Can I get a clean hotel that is right in the shopping district? Any suggestions? I am hoping to find something under 150 Euro

What are most popular outlet stores where I can get designer clothes at discounted prices? I also heard there are Prada/Gucci outlets. Does anyone know where they are?

How many days should I stay in Milan for tour/shopping?
